MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) - Former K-State wide receiver Malik Knowles has inked a one-year deal with the San Francisco 49ers, according to an announcement.

Knowles attended K-State from 2018-22. The wide receiver appeared in 51 games, with 39 of those being starts. While at K-State, Knowles hauled in 127 receptions for 1,867 yards and 14 touchdowns. On the ground, Knowles had 26 carries for 440 yards and four touchdowns. He was a Second-Team All-Big 12 in 2021.
Following K-State, Knowles, 25, signed with the Minnesota Vikings as an undrafted free agent on May 1, 2023. He played for the Vikings from 2023-24 and the Green Bay Packers in 2024.

Knowles originally signed with the 49ers on June 3, 2025, but was waived by the team on July 31.
