The latest Man Utd transfer news with four youngsters prepared to leave on loan.
Manchester United hope to send another four youngsters out on loan before transfer deadline day. United have already allowed 11 players to leave the club on temporary deals in the summer transfer window and would like to add another quartet to the list if possible.
Jonny Evans was appointed as the club's new head of loans and pathways after his summer retirement and has been tasked with matching players with suitable loan opportunities. A key part of his role is to arrange deals that will guarantee regular playing time, with a preference for clubs that play a style of football that matches their development plan.
Harry Amass is the most high-profile youngster expected to leave the club before deadline day and did not feature for the U21s against Middlesbrough on Monday night in anticipation of a loan exit. PSV Eindhoven saw a permanent bid rejected for the teenage full-back last week after United made it clear they only wanted to sanction a temporary departure.

Championship side Sheffield Wednesday have also made an approach to sign Amass on loan, but United will listen to further proposals before they make a final decision on the left-back.
Manchester World revealed in midweek Gabriele Biancheri will also be allowed to leave on loan before deadline day, with several League 1 and League 2 clubs interested in a possible deal for the striker. The 18-year-old trained with the first team last summer and has also been part of training groups for both the Wales and Canada senior national sides, but has yet to make his competitive debut in professional football.
United also hope to send fellow attackers Ethan Williams and Ethan Ennis out on loan over the coming week. Williams saw a potential loan exit delayed after he was included in the United squad for the recent US pre-season tour, while Ennis spent time on loan with Doncaster Rovers last season. The duo both want to get a taste of regular first-team football as part of their development, having already gained plenty of experience at academy level. It is also understood Sam Mather is free to leave United before deadline day in either a loan move or a permanent exit.
