Keisean Nixon basically grew up in the NFL after going undrafted in 2019. The Green Bay Packers cornerback is entering his seventh season as a pro and he believes he can tear it up again.

Nixon found a home in Lambeau Field after spending his first three years with the Las Vegas Raiders franchise where he only started a total of 6 games out of 40.
He’s grown into a prominent part of the Packer since getting there and with all the experience he earned, he knows he is feeling more confident than ever.
“I’ve probably been slept on my whole career,” Nixon said.
“I know what I bring to the table. I know my ability. I’ve been doing it…I did it in the slot playing nickel, I did it outside more last year, and now I only play corner. My resume is going to speak for itself.”
He already bagged two First Team All-Pro in Green Bay colors and he is ready to grab some more.

“Everything they’ve ever asked me to do, I always did it at a high level,” Nixon added.
“I’ve always been good at everything I do. Now I’ve got the perfect way to show it on the biggest stage this year.”
Nixon previously stated his desire to become CB1 and now, he’s getting it.
Keisean Nixon’s bigger role this season
Nixon holds himself to a higher standard and that’s among the reasons why he grew into a prominent player as an undrafted player.
This year is a little different as he is now the main defender against the opponents’ main receivers following the departure of long-time Green Bay CB Jaire Alexander.

Defensive coordinator previously said that their defense need to evolve and having a new main guy might be helpful. He thought Nixon brings them versatility.
“He’s competitive,” Hafley said of Nixon.
“He can play man coverage, which is important. You have to be able to play man to be on the outside. Because he can run, he can cover, he can change direction, and I like that he’ll tackle.”
