Daniel Farke could make two changes to his Leeds side when they travel to Emirates Stadium on Saturday.

Life back in the Premier League got off to an excellent start last weekend when Leeds beat Everton 1-0 at Elland Road.

Lukas Nmecha dispatched a controversial penalty for the Whites after James Tarkowski was deemed to have handled the ball in the box.

Farke will be looking to make it two wins from two when Leeds face Arsenal, and could make a couple of changes to his starting lineup to give Leeds the best chance of achieving that.

Leeds to make two changes vs Arsenal

Lucas Perri has a remarkably quiet debut in Leeds’ victory over Everton, and he will receive the nod in goal once again in London.

Jayden Bogle and Gabriel Gudmundsson both played their part in the previous win at Elland Road and will keep their places in the side as a result.

Joe Rodon was partnered by Pascal Struijk last time out, though the latter is likely to drop out in favour of Jaka Bijol, who missed the Everton clash through suspension.

Should he be named in the starting 11, it would be a Premier League debut for the former Udinese man.

Ethan Ampadu was instrumental to their victory against the Toffees, and there’s little chance of him losing his place, with Ao Tanaka likely to partner him once again in the heart of midfield.

Tanaka’s progressive nature will be key to Leeds at the Emirates, who will almost certainly see very little of the ball outside of counterattacks.

Anton Stach will complete the midfield, having shown plenty of signs of promise so far.

How Leeds could line up vs Arsenal

Dan James had a fairly uneventful showing against David Moyes’ side, but James has a point to prove for Leeds this season and will keep his place wide right.

With Largie Ramazani seemingly heading for an Elland Road exit, Willy Gnonto should keep his place on the opposite flank, which is an area that the Whites still need to recruit in.

Up top, Joel Piroe could make way for Dominic Calvert-Lewin to make his Leeds debut, to give them some physical presence in a game that will certainly need it.

Leeds will need to keep the ball in the Arsenal half as much as possible on Saturday, and the 28-year-old could be key to achieving that.
