Manchester United are looking to accelerate their plans to send their academy stars on loan this summer.
They have four players at the top of their list as we enter into the final 10 days of the transfer window.
According to the Manchester World, United hope to send Ethan Williams and Ethan Ennis out on loan over the coming week.
Williams was included in Ruben Amorim’s squad for the recent US pre-season tour.
He impressed with a smart finish in United’s 4-1 victory over Bournemouth in the Premier League summer series.
He enjoyed a successful loan spell with Cheltenham Town last term and is likely to go out on a temporary move again.
Ennis joined United from Liverpool in 2021 and has yet to make a first-team appearance.
He spent the second half of last season on loan at Doncaster Rovers.
The young winger has featured 20 times for the United Under-21s, bagging eight goals and two assists.
A season-long loan move will be ideal for the 20-year-old to find his feet and develop his raw skills.
Harry Amass and Gabriele Biancheri are two other youngsters who are likely to secure loan transfers before the conclusion of this window.
Amass was omitted from the pre-season squad after the arrival of Diego Leon.
Leon is expected to provide cover for Patrick Dorgu in the left wing-back position.
Diogo Dalot and Luke Shaw could also play in that spot if needed.
Despite making multiple senior appearances for the Red Devils under Amorim earlier this year, Amass will find it tough to earn regular game time.
A loan will be a good opportunity for the 18-year-old to play regularly and refine his talent.
Biancheri is an immensely talented forward and is attracting interest from League One and League Two clubs.
The teenager has previously trained with the United first team under Amorim and seems to be ready to secure his first temporary spell away from Carrington.
He bagged 21 goals and six assists in 35 games for United’s youth teams last campaign.
He is traditionally a centre-forward but adjusted his game to play as a left winger after the arrival of Chido Obi.
Sending him on loan will be a perfect litmus test for the 18-year-old this season.
