“Travelling” | West Ham player exits update

**West Ham are close to offloading Edson Alvarez with the player set to join Fenerbahce on loan, with ExWHUEmployee providing an update.**

As the club continue to try and get the midfield situation addressed this transfer window, player exits are also key in terms of budget. with bids in for multiple players at present.

Edson Alvarez has been widely expected to depart the club this summer, with the player clearly not part of Graham Potters plans, however a sale has not be realised as Alvarez gets set to move to Turkey on a season long loan with an option to buy.

“Late moves from Porto and Dortmund provided a dilemma for Alvarez, however the player has now decided on moving to Turkey to join Fenerbahce on loan,” stated Ex.

“It has been confirmed that Alvarez is not at training today and should be travelling to Turkey to complete his move.”

Ex also provided an update on others, with Andy Irving and Guido Rodriguez expected to depart the club before the window closes on 1st September.

“Irving has a lot of interest from German clubs,” added Ex. “Cologne, Koln, Borussia Moenchengladbach and Stuttgart, Sturm Graz of Austria, Rangers and Celtic and as we exclusively revealed on the Podcast Wrexham.

“Rodriquez has offers from Spain to go back there but no club is willing to pay much fee. There was talk of a bid from Saudi too.”
