Chelsea are reportedly willing to allow two of their players to sign for Borussia Dortmund on one condition.
With deals for Xavi Simons and Alejandro Garnacho in the offing, Chelsea officials are focused on trying to facilitate as many outgoings as quickly as possible.
While Enzo Maresca has suggested that the door remains ajar for the likes of Christopher Nkunku and Nicolas Jackson to be reintegrated back into his plans, the same does not apply to Carney Chukwuemeka.
Dortmund are eager to re-sign the playmaker on the back of his loan stint during the second half of last season and for the Club World Cup.
Furthermore, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano claims that young defender Aaron Anselmino is also a player of interest for the Bundesliga giants.

Chelsea set condition for Chukwuemeka, Anselmino double deal
As per Romano, Chelsea officials are prepared to do business with their Dortmund counterparts and allow the pair to make the switch to the Westfalenstadion.
However, it is claimed that the world champions will only give the green light to an Anselmino loan departure if Dortmund sign Chukwuemeka on a permanent basis.
Up until now, Dortmund have either made bids considerably below Chelsea's valuation or only been prepared to sign Chukwuemeka on a second loan arrangement with options.
That is partly due to Dortmund not being in a position to freely spend during the summer transfer window, as well as Chukwuemeka only accumulating 383 minutes across 17 matches for them.
Nevertheless, Chelsea do not want to waste one of their six foreign loan slots on a player that does not have a future at the club.
Although there are still three of those slots still available, one will ultimately be allocated for Anselmino, whichever team he signs for, and others may be required if permanent deals cannot be agreed.

Is Chukwuemeka resolution expected?
Even with Juventus said to be admirers of Chukwuemeka, it is claimed that the England Under-20 international is eager to return to Dortmund.
Chelsea are also reaching a point in the transfer window where they need to start cashing in on talent if they want to sign Simons and Garnacho.
Despite a specific fee not being mentioned, Dortmund may be required to pay at least £20m for Chukwuemeka, the sum that Chelsea shelled out for him three years ago.
At this stage, an eventual resolution feels realistic, particularly when the two clubs have successfully conducted business in the past.
