'Unbelievable talent': Fabian Hurzeler says Everton have a 'great player' Brighton must be wary …

Everton return to Premier League action on Sunday against Brighton & Hove Albion.

The game will mark the very first competitive game at the Hill Dickinson Stadium following the move from Goodison Park over the summer.

David Moyes will want to get some points on the board following the opening game on Monday night away to Leeds United.

It was not the start to the new term that Everton had in mind, but it is important for the Toffees to quickly get back on track.

Everton have seen Nathan Patterson return to training following his injury concerns during the summer break.

However, Brighton manager Fabian Hurzeler has admitted there is another Everton player who he is a huge fan of.

Fabian Hurzeler wowed by Everton’s ‘unbelievable talent’

Everton will be frustrated by the VAR appointment for the game on the weekend after the controversy on Monday night.

Having lost against the newly promoted Leeds, three points will be firmly on the radar to avoid a disastrous start to the campaign.

Speaking to the media, the Brighton boss Hurzeler has admitted Everton have a player in Jack Grealish who he truly loves to watch.

“I think with Jack Grealish he’s proved that he’s a great player. He proved it with Manchester City, and I’m sure he will help Everton because he’s an unbelievable talent,” said Hurzeler.

“I really like to watch him because I think that he makes the game of football more pure. He is a factor why people watch football.”

Gary Neville is not convinced about Grealish’s Everton move, but he is yet to even start a game for the Toffees.

Everton’s attack left a lot to be desired on Monday night, and Grealish will be hoping to make an impact from the start on Sunday.

Jack Grealish will prove a game changer for Everton

Monday was not to be for Grealish in making his debut from the starting XI for the Toffees.

Despite not joining up with Everton until last week, Grealish has worked hard on his fitness this summer, with independent training.

The 29-year-old did come on in the second half at Elland Road, where he was able to show glimpses of what he could provide Everton.

Grealish’s brother expects him to play as the number 10, but he did come on as the left winger on Monday night.
