Packers-Seahawks Joint Practice Erupts Into "Biggest Training Camp Fight Ever"

Despite NFL coaches attempting to remove fights from training camp, practice, and games, physicality is just a part of football. That is especially true when it comes to joint practices.

While teams use joint practice as a way of testing where their players are currently at and acting as a pseudo-preseason, joint practices often get very physical. This was the case for the Green Bay Packers and Seattle Seahawks.

While both teams are currently practicing for their final preseason showdown, things turned physical.

Packers lineman Zach Tom and Seahawks linebacker Ernest Jones IV apparently threw punches at one another, resulting in both teams having players jump into the chaos.

Multiple videos taken from the stands showcase a massive number of players on both the Packers and Seahawks teams going after one another. Multiple punches were being thrown, and practically all players on both teams got into the scuffle.

NFL insider and host Kay Adams also commented on the fight, stating, "biggest camp fight I've ever seen."

Adams isn't the only one who viewed the massive brawl, as social media has been peppered with videos from the fight.

Multiple angles from multiple people sharing the fight on X showcase a sea of white and yellow jerseys running into the ensuing brawl against the Seahawks players.

Apparently, this was just one of two fights that occurred during joint practice. Hopefully, nobody was hurt during these fights.

The Packers and Seahawks are set to play one another Saturday, August 23, at 1 pm EST. It is believed the final preseason matchup for both teams is going to be highly physical as well.

Despite fighting not being welcomed during the regular season, and penalties including flags, fines, and ejections being the usual case, training camp fights do not often lead to such punishments.
