There are only days remaining in training camp with Week 1 of the NFL season just around the corner, and at this point in the offseason, players are tired of the grueling practices and intense summer heat and are ready to play some games that count.
The Green Bay Packers and Seattle Seahawks became the latest example of this frustration on Thursday during their joint practice, where both teams decided to blow off a little steam.
A video from Thursday’s practice went viral after the two NFC contenders got into a massive fight that featured both sides throwing multiple punches.

Throwing punches with helmets on never seems to make a lot of sense, but all logic goes out the window when the emotions of training camp are running high and tempers are flaring.
Both teams have a lot to prove this season, with the Packers looking to take the next step following a pair of playoff disappointments, while the Seahawks are looking to re-establish themselves as contenders in the NFC under a new regime and with a new quarterback in Sam Darnold.
Packers right tackle Zach Tom was the only player kicked out of practice as he reportedly exchanged punches with a pair of Seahawks defenders, Ernest Jones IV and Devon Witherspoon.
There were reportedly around a dozen or so skirmishes in the two-hour practice, and the hope is that the two parties got it all out of their system ahead of Saturday’s preseason finale, because no fan wants to see anybody get hurt in the last dress rehearsal before the regular season gets underway.
