Brighton have added to their squad this transfer window but they have also lost some key players.
Joao Pedro left for Chelsea for £60m, while winger Simon Adingra moved to Sunderland for around £22m. Pervis Estupinan also departed as the Ecuador international left back completed a permanent switch to AC Milan for around £16m.
In came Belgium international Maxim De Cuyper for £14m, centre back Diego Coppola for £10m, Tommy Watson from Sunderland for £10m and Greek lads Stefanos Tzimas and Charalampos Kostoulas for a combined total of £53m. Defender Olivier Boscagli also arrived on a free after his five season at PSV Eindhoven.
The Seagulls started their Premier League campaign with a 1-1 draw against Fulham at the Amex Stadium last Saturday and this Sunday they take on Everton at their brand spanking new Hill Dickinson Stadium.
Head coach Fabian Hurzeler refused to rule out further comings and goings before the window gently closes on Monday, September 1, at 7pm.
