Chelsea have already been prolific with player sales this summer, and it looks as if they are about to add another name to that list.
The Blues have been forced into sales to go alongside their lavish spending this summer, as a result of being sanctioned by UEFA earlier this summer.
The likes of Noni Madueke and Joao Felix have moved on for big money, however with a desire to still sign Xavi Simons and Alejandro Garnacho, there is a desire to move on plenty more before the window closes at the start of September.
One player who has been strongly linked with a move away is Carney Chukwuemeka. Despite showing real promise in the time he was fit under Mauricio Pochettino, it has become clear he is not in the plans of current manager Enzo Maresca.

Carney Chukwuemeka and Aaron Anselmino agree to Borussia Dortmund moves
The manager confirmed Chukwuemeka was with the bomb squad at the moment, as the club have searched to find a solution for his future.
It looks as though this could be coming their way, as well as a potential loan deal for youngster Aaron Anselmino, and The Chelsea Chronicle understanding that both players have agreed terms over a move to Borussia Dortmund.

Graeme Bailey has exclusively told The Chelsea Chronicle that both players are expected to travel to Germany today to finalise their deals, with a straight loan for Anselmino already agreed between the two clubs.
Chukwuemeka is set to move for a fee of around £25m, with add-ons and a significant sell-on clause set to make up a large amount of that. The deal is very close to being agreed between the two sides.

Enzo Maresca gets his wish with Chukwuemeka sale
The Chelsea manager was thrown into a difficult scenario when he took over 12 months ago. The bloated element of the squad was hard to avoid.
Despite his ability to rotate in the Conference League last season, Bailey believes Maresca is adamant he does not want the same situation for the new season.
He said: “Chelsea are making inroads with moving on their ‘bomd squad’ again this summer – Maresca does not want extra bodies at Cobham after the window is closed.”
After joining for a fee of around £20m, Chukwuemeka’s sale would see Chelsea make profit on the midfielder, following on the theme of the summer.
