Garnacho keen to play under Maresca in West London
Alejandro Garnacho has allegedly informed his close friends about his move to Chelsea, as per talkSPORT. That is quite evident that he is moving on from Manchester United.
The Argentina winger has not participated in first-team training with United since the pre-season. That probably indicates a breakdown of his relationship with head coach Ruben Amorim. The player appears keen to take the next step away from Old Trafford.
Chelsea and United are still discussing on a fee. Talks are likely to pick up pace as the window nears its end. Man Utd reportedly value their academy graduate at around £50m. But, the Blues believe the figure could drop due to the winger’s uneasy situation at the club.
Young star’s rise
With three goals in 19 games in his first season under Erik ten Hag, Garnacho burst onto the scene as one of the PL’s most exciting young talents. In his next season, he scored a further seven goals in the league. This included a Puskas Award-winning goal against Everton.
Now, he finds himself in a place where Chelsea may actively pursuing him. He is keen to player under Italian coach Enzo Maresca as well.

Garnacho’s move seems inevitable. Chelsea could surely benefit from his flair. Meanwhile, Man United may need to react fast to avoid losing him for much less than they expect.
