Nottingham Forest have enquired about the possibility of being able to sign Leicester City star Victor Kristiansen.
The East Midlands side are in Europa League action this season and that has resulted in boss Nuno Espirito Santo wanting to bolster the left-hand side of his defence.

Victor Kristiansen in action for Leicester City
Nottingham Forest have identified Kristiansen as a potential rival for Neco Williams at left-back. The 22-year-old cost £17m when Leicester raided Copenhagen for his signature two years ago.
He was immediately loaned to Bologna in Serie A and returned to the King Power Stadium to take his place ahead of the Foxes' Premier League campaign.
However, it didn’t go according to plan as, following a harrowing 10 months under the stewardship of Steve Cooper and Ruud van Nistelrooy, Leicester returned to the second tier.
Nottingham Forest have tied Williams to a long-term deal after he enjoyed his best season to date with the Tricky Trees. But they have not secured any cover for the Wales international ahead of a campaign which includes European football.
However, a cut-price deal for Kristiansen is now on the cards as Leicester seek to recoup some of their cash spend last season. The Premier League side are in a strong position to negotiate downwards for the Denmark international and are hoping that a fee of around £10m will secure his signature.
