Leeds United are full of confidence heading into this weekend after winning their first game of the season. Not many gave the club a chance against Everton, but Daniel Farke’s side proved the doubters wrong.
David Moyes’ team were on the backfoot for most of the game, and were lucky to not have lost by more goals. The Toffees boss even admitted that Leeds were the better side on Monday night.

“Leeds were better than us on the night, certainly the first half. We were better in the second half and on that alone we might have had a chance of winning the game.”
The Whites will have a chance to prove that their win was not a fluke when they visit the Emirates Stadium on Saturday.

Arsenal also began their campaign with a win. They beat Manchester United at Old Trafford; scoring from a set piece. That was the only goal of the game, as the Gunners held on for most of the match to secure all three points.
Manchester United had many chances to equalize and get back into the game, but the Gunners covered all their angles.
Gary Lineker has now weighed in on the Leeds United Arsenal clash on Saturday. According to him, the game will be an easy win for the Gunners:
“Arsenal against Leeds, another one of the newly promoted teams, tough one for them at Arsenal. 3-1 Arsenal.”
Daniel Farke says his side will not sit back on Saturday
Everyone is ruling out the chances of Leeds getting something out of the game, but not Daniel Farke. He believes his team will go in and play the same way they did in the win against Everton. Farke reiterated that his style is ‘not to park the bus‘ in such games:
”I don’t want to speak too much in advance about it because I’m pretty sure our next opponent a bit what I say in public, but again we won’t sell out DNA in this PL season. It’s not like we will try to park the bus and try to put the ball in the stands.”
