Dion Dawkins Sends Warning To NFL About Bills WR

The Buffalo Bills entered the 2024 NFL season without Stefon Diggs, a point of contention and concern among the fanbase.

Diggs certainly had some off-field issues with the organization, but he was Josh Allen’s favorite target for several years.

Because of this, many were worried that the Bills’ offense wouldn’t have the same flair, that Allen would struggle to find a new WR1, and would be as compelling a passer.

Those worries quickly dissipated, as Allen seemed to make it work without the legendary WR, even winning his first MVP award in the process.

His combination of strong decision-making, arm strength, and ability to take off on the run with ease helped him in many situations, and he made the players around him better.

Quarterbacks can certainly elevate their team, and Allen can do it when necessary, but it would be nice to have a player like Diggs back on the roster to provide a strong output of their own volition.

The Bills might not have added anyone like that, but there is a lot of buzz surrounding Keon Coleman, who is seemingly ready to leap in production.

Offensive lineman Dion Dawkins mentioned as much in a recent press conference shared by Dan Fetes on X.

“Keon is not the same player as last year. The league better get ready. He is not the same guy. He’s going to be special. This is Keon’s time, you’ll see it,” Dawkins said.

Dawkins sees Coleman every day in practice, and he knows that he’s capable of heading into a new season.

Coleman was an early second-round pick for a reason, and if he and Allen can connect as well as Dawkins says, this offense could take a step up in production and help the Bills be an even larger threat to represent the AFC in the Super Bowl.
