Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has provided an update on the team ahead of the Premier League clash against Fulham on Sunday afternoon.
The Red Devils suffered a 1-0 loss to Arsenal in the season opener at Old Trafford last weekend.
They will be aiming to return to winning ways against the Cottagers on the road in two days’ time. Ahead of the game, Amorim has issued an update.
The Portuguese tactician said that Andre Onana is ready to play like last week, and the decision on the goalkeeper will be made before the clash.
He added that Lisandro Martinez and Noussair Mazraoui continue to be sidelined with injuries.
He said: “Onana is ready to play like last week, so we will see in the game who is going to be keeper.
“Licha is out, Nous is out. The rest of the guys are fit and ready to play.”
United were the better side against Arsenal last weekend. They dominated proceedings over the course of 90 minutes. David Raya made seven saves for the visitors.
The Red Devils could have done better with few goalscoring attempts, but it was a positive performance. Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo starred on their debuts.
United have the chance to pick up their first points of the campaign at Craven Cottage, but it won’t be an easy challenge with Fulham a tricky side on their home turf.
