Shilo Sanders’ $11M Bankruptcy Drama Puts Bucs Future in Jeopardy, Creditor Demands Payback –…

Shilo Sanders, safety for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, is not having a great year so far, with his roster spot being unclear and the player facing bankruptcy. Sanders owes almost $12 million to John Darjean, a former security guard, whom Deion Sanders’ son assaulted while he was still in school.

Darjean sued Sanders in a domestic court after the assault by the talented NFL player left him with several permanent injuries and also incontinence. Sanders is trying to get out of paying Darjean this money by filing for bankruptcy. However, Darjean recently spoke out and admitted that he will definitely get that money from Sanders.

“I’m not gonna stop until the truth gets out and until I win my $12 million,” John Darjean said in his latest interview with USA Today.

“If Shilo Sanders succeeds in court, he can start over financially, free from that debt and with minimal damage to his bank account. But if Darjean succeeds in court instead, Sanders will not be discharged of his debt to him. Darjean then could pursue debt collection against him after the case is over, including by having his wages garnished with the Buccaneers, according to experts contacted by USA TODAY Sports.” USA Today reporterBrent Schrotenboer wrote in his latest article.

John Darjean was assaulted by Shilo Sanders when the security guard tried to confiscate his phone while at school. According to Darjean, Shilo Sanders’ father Deion Sanders was also involved in the case.
