**West Ham have made an offer to sign Monaco midfielder Soungoutou Magassa, it’s been reported by ExWHUEmployee.**
As was exclusively broke on 5th June, Magassa has been a player of serious interest from both Graham Potter and Kyle Macaulay.
Reporting earlier this week on The West Ham Way Patreon, our insider advised further that the player was again very much on the radar.
“A player whose interest we exclusively broke which was around the time we revealed the interest in Mallick Diouf is Soungoutou Magassa of Monaco,” stated Ex earlier this week.
“He is a French under 21 international and a defensive midfielder that can also play at centre back which gives West Ham options.”
Ex has now confirmed that a formal bid has been made for the 21 year old, who has also been heavily linked to Roma and Nottingham Forest.
“A bid for Soungoutou Magassa is thought to have gone in today,” stated Ex.
Further updates are set to follow in due course, with the club also expected to return with another move to sign Mateus Fernandes at some point.
