Bayern Munich's sporting CEO, Max Eberl, has ruled out a move for Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson.
The 24-year-old was a regular fixture in Enzo Maresca's first season at Stamford Bridge, starting 28 of his 30 Premier League appearances.
However, the forward has fallen down the pecking order to third-choice striker following the arrivals of Joao Pedro and Liam Delap.
As a result, Chelsea are willing to entertain proposals for the Senegal international before the end of the summer transfer window.

Bayern chief dismisses Jackson rumours
German giants Bayern Munich have been linked with a potential move for Jackson, as they look to add depth to their forward options.
However, Eberl has unequivocally ruled out the prospect of Jackson joining Vincent Kompany's side this summer.
As relayed by journalist Christian Falk, Eberl said: "Nicolas Jackson is no topic for us.“
Bayern certainly showed no immediate need for attacking reinforcements in their Bundesliga opener against RB Leipzig, as Harry Kane netted a hat-trick alongside a Michael Olise brace and a Luis Diaz goal in a 6-0 victory.
Meanwhile, Jackson will have to hold out for other options if he is to secure a move away in a bid to gain regular playing time this season.

Which clubs are keen on Jackson?
A **recent report**claimed that Jackson has informed friends that he wants to reunite with his former Villarreal boss at Aston Villa.
Newcastle have also been mentioned as a potential suitor, as uncertainty continues to shroud Alexander Isak's situation at St James' Park.
There is also said to be an unnamed 'big club' in talks over a move for the Chelsea forward, who has a long-term contract until June 2033.
The probability of staying at Stamford Bridge seems small, but**Maresca has left the door open**to a possible reintegration into the first-team fold if Jackson fails to find a new club.
