Manchester United have some very special footballers currently in Ruben Amorim’s squad, which is a pretty substantial upgrade on previous years.
Bruno Fernandes has been Manchester United’s sole shining light for years, regularly making the club look like a one man team.
Last season, Fernandes won his fourth player of the year award in the five seasons he has been at the club, hammering home that point.
However, this season he has some help in terms of being capable of winning points with United spending almost £200m on a spectacular new front-line.
Bryan Mbeumo, Matheus Cunha and leading the line Benjamin Sesko is a quality trio which we are yet to see more than half an hour of.
Cunha and Mbeumo both had shining debuts for United last weekend against Arsenal despite the disappointing defeat. But there were enough signs to be confident both will be stars for the club going forward.
Now, the new additions have been lauded by their teammates including Kobbie Mainoo.

Matthijs de Ligt has spoken positively about Cunha. Meanwhile, Casemiro has raved about Cunha for his excellence in every manner.
Harry Maguire has also praised Cunha for his magic on the pitch, but now, Mbeumo has been the focus of praise from his new teammates.
On the club website, Mbeumo’s teammates were asked to share their opinions of him, with some interesting responses, including Mainoo.
“Seeing what he’s done over the last few seasons, the amount of goals he scores and the quality he has, to bring him here I was always excited to see that”, the United midfielder explained.
“Really quick, really strong and with a great touch as well. It’s been amazing playing with him after the season he had – lots of goals, lots of assists so he’ll bring something special and unique to the team.”
In the ultimate bit of praise, Roy Keane has predicted huge success for Mbeumo at United, and it won’t get much better an endorsement for the Cameroonian.
What other Manchester United players said about Mbeumo
Mainoo wasn’t alone in his praise of Mbeumo, with several players giving words of praise to their new teammate.
Ayden Heaven: “He’s a great player obviously, left-footed and he’s got a couple of tricks up his sleeve if I’m being honest. He’s just like Cunha, I’m really excited to see what he can bring to us and the team. He scored a lot of goals and that can help in our team, scoring more, so bringing that as well. With Bryan, that puts us in the best place.”
Diego Leon: “Bryan I’m only just seeing recently, but what I’ve seen has surprised me: the technical ability with the ball, and he’s a phenomenal player.”
Casemiro: “Well, Bryan! He gave us a lot of trouble in his previous team, Brentford. I hope he’ll continue to do the same work to other teams! We know him from how it is to play against him, and I think he’s adapted [here] now. You can tell that he’s a very good player. But as I said, always, always, when we played against him, he gave us so much trouble. He gave us so many problems. We had to fight very hard against him so his quality now is no surprise for us.”
Tyler Fredricson: “He’s a really strong player, really fast and good in the box. Once you get to know him, he’s a bit louder than everyone makes out. Again, he’s a top guy and very funny as well. He’s maybe a bit quieter than Matheus, but he’s just a really nice, down-to-earth guy who gets along with everyone. He can deliver great balls into the box, as we know from what he’s done in the past. He’s a great player and can provide us with a lot this season.”
Mbeumo and Cunha together may be the best partnership in the league once it fully clicks, and we cannot wait to see how they good they can become together.
