Howe admits we are reaching endgame
Newcastle boss Eddie Howe admitted on Friday that the Isak situation is now drawing to a close.
With the Sweden international sticking to his guns - and of course refusing to sign a new contract at St. Jamesā Park - it would appear he is there for the taking.
Newcastleās demands must be satisfied and the Geordies must also sign a replacement or two. But the signs are currently positive for Liverpool following Howeās admission.
"It looks like it is coming to an end, or it will come to an end pretty quickly,ā the Newcastle manager told the press on Friday.
New bid imminent says Dean Jones
It comes after TEAMtalk journalist Dean Jones wrote a story claiming that a second Liverpool offer was coming. The Reds have so far declined to follow up their initial proposal but time is now running out.
