Bayern Munich have been offered the chance to sign Manchester United outcast Rasmus Hojlund before the transfer deadline, Sky Germany journalist Florian Plettenberg has revealed.
The Bundesliga winners are exploring options to bring in a new striker in the coming days to complement Harry Kane and have reportedly been presented with an opportunity to sign Hojlund on loan.
Bayern have not yet decided whether to move for the Denmark international, as they are still weighing their options with just over a week left in the market.
Hojlund is expected to depart Man United before the deadline and also has suitors at Napoli, who are working on a loan deal to bring the 22-year-old back to Serie A.

Plettenberg, writing on X, revealed that Hojlund has been offered to Bayern on loan several times and that the Bundesliga giants are expected to decide whether to pursue the 22-year-old striker in the coming days:
Hojlund, who joined Man United from Atalanta for £72m in 2023, has struggled to justify his hefty price tag at Old Trafford, scoring just 26 goals in 95 appearances for the club.
He netted four times in 32 Premier League appearances last term, with his last effort coming in the 1-1 draw at Bournemouth in April.
Hojlund has no future under Ruben Amorim at United, especially after Benjamin Sesko’s arrival from RB Leipzig earlier this month.
The Slovenia international came off the bench during United’s 1-0 loss to Arsenal last weekend to make his debut for the Red Devils, who have splashed out heavily on reinforcements up front this summer.
United have also welcomed Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo following their impressive individual Premier League campaigns, as well as promising left-back Diego Leon.
Amorim’s side are also working on a deal to bring Royal Antwerp goalkeeper Senne Lammens before the deadline, with personal terms almost agreed with the 23-year-old, as GIVEMESPORT senior reporter Fabrizio Romano previously revealed.
