A member of the defensive ranks at La Liga giants Barcelona has proposals on the table from a number of high-profile clubs.
That’s according to Diario AS, who point towards Dani Ceballos as the player in question.
As proves the case on a near annual basis, former Arsenal man Ceballos has seen his name emerge as a prominent one in the transfer chatter surrounding Real Madrid this summer.
This comes with the Spaniard understood to sit well down the engine room pecking order of new Blancos boss Xabi Alonso.
A whole host of clubs from across the continent, in turn, have expressed an interest in Ceballos’ services.
And according to the aforementioned AS, several such suitors, coming in the form of Champions League clubs, have gone as far as to send offers to the 29-year-old.
For the time being, however:
‘His plan is to stay and fight for his place and convince Xabi that he deserves to play.’
