After a brilliant opening day 4-0 win for the Blues at Wolves, goals from Brennan Johnson and Joao Palhinha earned a 2-0 victory for visiting Spurs on our return to the Etihad.
Dias, a serial winner, was desperately disappointed on the final whistle but stressed these moments are important in any campaign.
He also pointed out that this is a team in transition, with a host of new signings getting used to life in the sky blue.
“It’s good to not accept these moments as something normal,” he said.
“And it’s good to be upset and frustrated. We do not want this. This is not the club we play for.

“We must win and winning is all we know and all we can relax on.
“It’s good to feel the moment and it’s good to not be happy at all.
“But again a lot has changed in the team and it’s also an adaptation moment for everyone and we need to get it as quick as possible if we’re going to win this Premier League.”
