The Bills wrap up their 2025 preseason slate Saturday, with the secondary again garnering the spotlight.

Tre’Davious White left Thursday’s practice with a lower-leg injury, adding the cornerback position to a list of worries ahead of the Sept. 7 opener against the Ravens.

White had been filling in for injured rookie Maxwell Hairston, and nine-year vet has had two serious lower-leg injuries over the past four years.

At safety, Bills coach Sean McDermott all but said the team is looking for solutions following a shaky outing last week against the Bears. Cole Bishop is aiming for a bounce-back performance, and rookie Jordan Hancock may be thrust into a prominent role sooner rather than later.

Saturday’s game is the final audition for end-of-roster players to make their case for a spot on the 53-man or practice squad.

Wide receiver figures to be among the most intriguing positions to watch as cut-down day approaches Tuesday. Tyrell Shavers and KJ Hamler are trying to leap Elijah Moore or Curtis Samuel for one of the last spots.
