Eberechi Eze was confirmed as an Arsenal player on Saturday
The Eberechi Eze transfer saga is one that can finally be ticked off after his Arsenal move was confirmed. The winger was shown off to the Emirates with north London rivals Tottenham left to lick their wounds after missing out.
One storyline that still has plenty of time to play out is the Alexander Isak - Newcastle affair. Liverpool wait in the wings and the Swede is not expected to feature when the Magpies play the Reds on Monday night. It is sure to be a hostile atmosphere given the current situation.
Isak maintains his time at St James' Park is up but Newcastle don't want to sell. All the while Liverpool know that they still need to add at least one more face in attack.
Manchester United could yet move for a goalkeeper, but their focus is likely to be on getting players off their books with the likes of Alejandro Garnacho and Jadon Sancho still at Old Trafford.
Chelsea continue to push for Garnacho and RB Leipzig's Xavi Simons whilst Nicolas Jackson has been told it is best if he moves on before the window closes.

Newcastle won't be left without a striker
Eddie Howe insists Newcastle will not be left without a striker as the Alexander Isak saga continues to play out.
He was quizzed about the prospect of losing Isak without a replacement coming in, but he doesn't see that as a scenario that will play out.
Howe said: “I don’t think the club will allow that situation to happen. We certainly can’t go through the season with no recognised striker at the football club."
Arteta hails Eze deal
Mikel Arteta is adamant that Eberechi Eze will add another dynamic to the Arsenal attack after his move was completed on Saturday.
He said: “We are absolutely delighted to bring Eberechi to Arsenal. He is a powerful and exciting player who will give us a new dimension in our attacking game. What stands out just as much as his talent and intelligence as a player, is the way he has worked hard throughout his career to get where he is today.
"His journey, his mentality, and his ambition are exactly what we want in our team, and we love how much it means to him and his family to be joining our club. We all look forward to start working with Eberechi soon.”
