Chelsea sit third in the Premier League table after victory over West Ham United on Friday night.
Joao Pedro, Pedro Neto, Enzo Fernandez, Moises Caicedo and Trevoh Chalobah were all on target for the Blues, who had fallen behind when Lucas Paqueta fired the Hammers in front with a stunning strike.
Enzo Maresca’s side now face West London rivals Fulham and Brentford in the coming weeks, before a game against Manchester United.
The Blues have been busy in the transfer window so far this summer, with Pedro and Liam Delap among those to have arrived at Stamford Bridge.
Now, it appears that one member of Maresca’s squad could be on his way out.
As per CaughtOffside, defender Axel Disasi is attracting interest from a number of clubs as the close of the window approaches.

The report claims that the French defender has emerged as a target for both Bournemouth and Wolves, while fellow Premier League side Newcastle United could also enter the race for the centre-back.
Italian champions Napoli are also credited with an interest in the defender, who joined the Blues from French side Monaco back in 2023.
In total the Frenchman has played more than 60 times for the Blues across all competitions, but he was loaned to Aston Villa in February after falling down the pecking order under Maresca.
Disasi’s contract with Chelsea is set to run until the end of the 2028/29 season, but the report claims that the club would be willing to let him leave this summer for a fee in the region of £30 million.
It is claimed that Wolves have already held some talks about a possible move for Disasi, who can play as a central defender or at right-back.
