Some cards have sold for staggering amounts at auction, with multiple examples fetching upwards of a million dollars.

Now, a card currently on the market has emerged as the new flagship in the sports trading card world.

An extremely rare, one-of-one 2007–08 Upper Deck Exquisite Collection Dual Logoman Autographs card, graded PSA EX-MT 6 and featuring Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant, has broken the all-time value record for basketball cards.

According to The Athletic, the card featuring the two basketball icons sold at Heritage Auctions for $12.932 million.

The record surpasses the previous mark set by a 2018 Panini National Treasures Logoman Luka Doncic 1/1, which sold for $3.2 million at auction.

It also edges out the private sale record of a 2009 Panini National Treasures Logoman Stephen Curry 1/1, purchased for $5.9 million.

Both NBA legends are among the most collected figures in basketball and sports history.

The combination of their autographs and the dual Logoman patches makes this card one of the rarest ever produced by Upper Deck.
