DANIEL Adu-Adjei is set to travel to Croatia for a medical tomorrow ahead of a permanent move from the [Cherries](http://www.bournemouthecho.co.uk/sport/cherries/clubnews/) to Rijeka.
The young striker has been prolific in the AFC Bournemouth development squad, helping the Cherries to the Professional Development League playoff final last season with 25 goals in 16 games, including in the semifinal and final.
That led to the 20-year-old joining the first team on their pre-season tour to the United States, in which he scored in the 3-0 win over Everton in the Premier League Summer Series.
But Adu-Adjei now looks set to depart the club after four years, heading to Croatia.
Rijeka are among the most successful clubs in the Eastern European nation, winning two Croatian First League titles, seven Croatian Cups, two Yugoslav Cups and one Croation Super Cup.
They currently sit fifth in the league, with four points from three games, and lead PAOK 1-0 after the first leg of their Europa League play-off, with the second leg on Thursday.
