Starting in the English Championship, where Nestory Irankunda (cap #643) opened his Watford scoring account in spectacular fashion, the 19-year-old curled home a stunning 25-yard free kick in a 1-1 draw with Cameron Burgess' (cap #633) Swansea City on Saturday.

That eye-catching strike capped another strong outing from Irankunda, who caused constant problems for the Swansea defence with his pace and skill, before being substituted just before the hour as a precaution after an initial hamstring concern.

Elsewhere in the English Championship, Sam Silvera (cap #634) continued his strong run, completing another full 90 minutes as Middlesbrough secured their third consecutive win with a 2-1 triumph over Norwich City on Sunday. Tom Glover was also on the bench.

Meanwhile, Callum Elder (cap #614) played a full game for Derby County on Saturday in a 1-1 draw with Bristol City.

Massimo Luongo (cap #575) also played a full game for Millwall as they beat Sheffield United 1-0 on Sunday.

In Japan, Thomas Deng (cap #598) played another full game on Saturday as Yokohama F. Marinos drew 0-0 with Mitch Duke's (#559) Machida Zelvia in the J1 League.

The point sees Yokohama FM move out of the relegation zone for the first time since April as Deng kept his third clean sheet in his past four league matches for the club.

Duke also started and played 58 minutes as Machida secured a point to keep them in the title race. They sit one point behind league leaders Kashima.

In the Austrian Bundesliga, Jed Drew played 78 minutes for Hartberg on Monday and assisted against Noah Botic's FK Austria Wien in a 3-1 win. Botic came off the bench in the 60th minute for Wien.

In the Championship, Raphael Borges Rodrigues came off the bench in the 56th minute and assisted for Coventry City in a 7-1 win over QPR on Sunday.
