The Blues are expected to have a busy week off the pitch, heading into the final week with plenty of transfer business needing to be done. Here we round up all the latest news and transfer rumours surrounding Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea are said to need two exits to need two exits to be able to pull off final week deals to sign their two remaining targets, Xavi Simons and Alejandro Garnacho, who will cost around £100million combined.
Romano has reported: “Alejandro Garnacho and Xavi Simons are patiently waiting for Chelsea to give them the green light. Christopher Nkunku and Nico Jackson must go in the final week of the window.” Simons will cost £60million this summer, while Garnacho is likely to be worth between £30million and £40million.
Chukwuemeka headed out
Chelsea have agreed a deal to sell Carney Chukwuemeka for around £20million, with the midfielder headed back to Borussia Dortmund, where he spent last season on loan. Chelsea will make their money back on the investment.
Fabrizio Romano posted on X: “Carney Chukwuemeka to Borussia Dortmund, here we go! Deal done and plan confirmed. Chelsea to receive fee around €25m with add-ons and heavy sell-on clause also included, key in the deal. Anselmino (loan) and Carney (permanent) both will undergo medical on Monday.”
Chaloah on West Ham and season hopes
Trevoh Chalobah has been speaking about Chelsea’s convincing win over West Ham. He told club media: “We didn’t start the game the way we wanted but that is football, and you can’t let things like that affect you,.
“Moments like that are going to happen, and when the opposition score goals like that, you have to hold your hands up and stay in the game and stay focused. We did that. Us getting that second goal in the first half was very important and maybe a turning point because it allowed us to get control. I felt like when they scored, it got a bit hectic, and we needed to stay a bit calmer, and the team did that well.
“It is a good feeling. It is always nice to get three points, and we were disappointed not to win last weekend, so it is nice to get back to winning ways.”
On Chelsea’s hopes for the season, he added: “We have come off the back of a busy summer but the boys are ready, we don’t look fatigued, and we are ready to go. We know the levels we can get to, and we need to show that this year. We have a big squad and a lot of players will play this season and everyone will be important. Having a strong squad like that in different positions will help the team because we will have a lot of games.
“Hopefully we can achieve something big. We hadn’t won anything for the past few years so to get our hands on two trophies as a young squad is what we need. This is what we will take into the season. We have to believe ourselves, but it is game by game and then we will see where that takes us.”
