Oxford United Welcome Brighton
------------------------------
### Team News, Form and Prediction
As for Brighton, this is just their third competitive fixture of the new campaign but they are yet to win following a 1-1 draw at home against Fulham on the opening day of the Premier League and a 2-0 loss at Everton on Sunday.
Oxford welcomed back Brian De Keersmaecker and Przemyslaw Placheta from injury at St. Andrew’s, but key defender Ciaron Brown and recent signing Ben Davies are both absent.
The Seagulls are without Adam Webster, Julio Enciso and Solly March for the trip to Oxfordshire.
This will be the first meeting between the sides since they met in this competition in 2016, which the visitors won 4-2 at Grenoble Road. However, that was a first win in the previous eight meetings between the two clubs, with Oxford winning five.
Predicted line-up: Jamie Cumming, Brodie Spencer, Elliott Moore, Sam Long, Hidde ter Avest, Brian De Keersmaecker, Cameron Brannagan, Jack Currie, Stan Mills, Tyler Goodrham, Will Lankshear.
Prediction: Oxford United 1-2 Brighton & Hove Albion
