Leeds United will look to quickly bounce back from the disappointment of the 5-0 loss against Arsenal over the weekend as they return to action this week.
The Whites are in cup action for the first time this season on Tuesday night (8pm) as they take on Championship side Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough in the second round of the Carabao Cup. They then return to Premier League action on Saturday when they host Newcastle United at Elland Road.
With games coming thick and fast, as well as the preparation for matters on the pitch, it will also be a busy time off the pitch with the final days of the transfer window upon us. Leeds are eager to continue to strengthen their squad before the end of the window.

El Khannouss boost
Leeds have been handed a potential boost in their hopes of signing Leicester City’s Bilal El Khannouss this summer, with a move to Crystal Palace currently ‘on hold’, according to journalist Sacha Tavolieri.
Palace appeared to be leading the way for the Morocco international, but it is claimed that a ‘tense’ situation between Palace and Leicester is ‘complicating negotiations’
The player himself is said to have made it clear that he wants to leave Leicester this summer.
LeedsLive says : The situation could be an opportunity for Leeds to make their move, with the midfielder being left out of the Leicester squad over the weekend. With negotiations between Leicester and Palace appearing to stall, Leeds could potentially steal a march on their rivals.
Daniel Farke 'plan'
Leeds United plan to add four new players to their squad before the end of the transfer window, according to Football Insider.
The report says that Leeds want to bring in an attacking midfielder, a winger, a right back and a left back before the September 1 deadline.
LeedsLive says : It looks like it will be a busy final few days of the transfer window for Leeds, as they look to make new additions to the squad. Farke and his backroom staff have a week to complete their business with the window closing at 7pm on Monday, September 1.
