Gary Lineker told Alan Shearer his concerns for one key first-team Manchester United player after the Premier League clash against Fulham at Craven Cottage.
Ruben Amorim and his men collected their first Premier League point of the season on Sunday, following Manchester United’s 1-0 defeat to Arsenal at Old Trafford.
Fulham hosted United at Craven Cottage on the weekend and the Red Devils were lively in the first half, despite not breaking the deadlock before the half-time whistle.
Bruno Fernandes carelessly blazed a penalty over the crossbar in the first half, but United opened the scoring early in the second half against Marco Silva’s men.
Rodrigo Muniz put the ball in the back of his own net after Leny Yoro connected with Bryan Mbeumo’s corner and the United defender’s header took a huge deflection.
However, Marco Silva’s side rallied back late in the second half and Fulham were able to snatch a Premier League point after cancelling out United’s opener.

Gary Lineker explains to Alan Shearer what he saw from Benjamin Sesko in Man Utd’s Premier League draw against Fulham
Former Arsenal talent Emile Smith Rowe came off the bench in the second half and the Fulham player netted the crucial equaliser at Craven Cottage on the weekend.
Benjamin Sesko had to settle for a place on the bench for Sunday’s 1-1 draw, but the United summer signing was called into action in the second half of the tie.
The 22-year-old Slovenian forward was introduced early into the attack in the second half after Ruben Amorim withdrew Amad Diallo from the proceedings.
Benjamin Sesko had a forgettable cameo appearance in United’s encounter with Fulham and Gary Lineker admitted that the striker was starved of important service.
Speaking on The Rest Is Football podcast, Lineker told Alan Shearer: “I mean, it’s another… it’s the first point of the season for United, which lifted them out of the bottom three. That was a bit cool.
“And you… but they didn’t really kick on [sic] off much in the second half. His [Ruben] changes didn’t really work.
“Sesko came on, was very quiet and there was no service, to be honest. And, well, they got ahead.”

Alan Shearer sends a warning to Ruben Amorim about Man Utd after the 1-1 Premier League draw against Fulham
Shearer insisted that United manager Amorim will face immense “pressure” if the Red Devils do not beat Burnley in their next Premier League match.
“I didn’t see the whole game,” he told The Rest Is Football co-host Lineker.
“I’ve just seen the highlights. But they’re one of the teams that have to start winning pretty soon, otherwise the pressure will mount hugely.”
Shearer added: “There’s no doubt about it. I mean, if they, what have they got, Burnley next week, haven’t they? So, Burnley at home?
“I mean, that’s one of those games where you probably want it, but it’s another one if you don’t win it, then it really does mount the pressure.
“So, they’ve got to win that one at home. There’s no doubt.”
United will now face Grimsby Town in the second round of the Carabao Cup on Wednesday before facing Premier League side Burnley at Old Trafford on Saturday.
