U18s Premier League Cup
The U18s Premier League Cup features 32 academy sides, including all 29 teams from the U18s Premier League, as well as three sides from the U18s Professional Development League.
Clubs are placed into groups of four teams, playing each other once. We are in Group A in this season’s competition, and after hosting Peterborough, we face trips to Stoke City and Norwich City.
The winners of each group qualify for the quarter-finals, and from that point it’s a traditional knockout competition.

The Opposition
Peterborough United under-18s play their league football in the U18s Professional Development League. The Posh have one point from their three league fixtures played so far this season.
After losing 4-2 to Brentford and drawing 1-1 with Charlton Athletic, Tuesday’s opponents were beaten 5-1 by Watford on Saturday.
The silver lining for Peterborough so far this season has been the excellent start made by striker Bolu Shofowoke, who has three goals in three games so far.
