Bukayo Saka was withdrawn during Arsenal’s 5-0 win over Leeds United on Saturday evening with a hamstring injury.
Saka was substituted with a muscular issue, increasing fear among the Arsenal fanbase after last season’s hamstring issues.
The 23-year-old is now expected to miss three to four weeks of action, in what will be a crucial period in Arsenal’s season.
The North Londoners have made a perfect start to the season and lead the standings after two games, but next face a daunting run.
Arsenal face four of last season’s top seven before the end of September, including next weekend’s trip to Premier League champions Liverpool. Nottingham Forest and Manchester City then visit the Emirates, before another tough test away at Newcastle.
