Jayson Tatum of the Boston Celtics has been hard at work over the last few months, attempting to rehabilitate his body with hopes of coming back to his team as soon as possible.
Tatum has been spending his days recovering, but he’s also been social, spending time with friends and family.
Tatum recently appeared at Bradley Beal’s wedding, and he was rocking a brand new look.
Photos shared by Fullcourtpass on X show Tatum looking very happy at the wedding while wearing braids.
This isn’t what Boston fans are used to, but they are pleased to see Tatum on his feet and moving around with a smile on his face.

Knowing Tatum and his history with fans online, he will probably hear both praise and criticism about his haircut.
It seems that Tatum gets pushback no matter what he does, and some people will always take issue with him.
Fans have never seen Tatum with this sort of look, but he probably won’t have it when he’s finally back on the court for the Celtics.
His injury is quite severe, and he will likely stay off the floor for all of 2025-26.
This entire season is off limits for Tatum, but he is already thinking ahead to what it’ll be like when he’s finally able to play again.
The Celtics will try to get by in the months ahead without Tatum, attempting to be in decent shape when he’s ready to compete.
The upcoming season will be challenging for Tatum because he won’t be able to help his team like he’s used to.
