Borussia Dortmund have agreed a double deal to sign Carney Chukweumeka and Aaron Anselmino.
Anselmino will go on a dry loan with no buy option.
Carney Chukwuemeka has been sold permanently by the Blues for a fee reaching £24m.
Chelsea had a tense negotiation with Dortmund but have now agreed this double deal to complete two more outgoings.
Chelsea’s current sales are approaching £275m.
