Manchester United could approve a shocking transfer in the final week of the summer window.
Reputed journalist Andy Mitten revealed on the Talk of the Devils podcast that United wonderkid Kobbie Mainoo could seal an exit this week, but only under one condition.
He said: “Kobbie from the people I’ve spoken to would be surprised if he went but I think if United got a big offer for him now.
“I think Manchester United would absolutely consider selling him.”
The 20-year-old has been an unused substitute in both Premier League games this season.
Selling Kobbie Mainoo will be criminal

Despite his short frame, Mainoo has the tenacity to win the ball and glide past his opponents.

Not even a £100 million bid should tempt INEOS into committing what would be a catastrophic mistake.
If Mainoo continues to be sidelined, the blame must fall on Amorim’s rigid system and not on the starlet.
INEOS should refrain from performing the unforgivable act of cashing in on the generational academy gem just because Amorim cannot fit him into his blueprint.
