Chelsea winger Raheem Sterling is reportedly approaching the end of his time at Stamford Bridge, and the Blues have set their asking price.
Sterling is one of those out-of-favour players who are deemed surplus to requirements at the club, and Enzo Maresca wants to get rid of them permanently.
It became apparent last season that the England winger is gradually drifting away from Chelsea's first-team plans when he was loaned out to Arsenal.
Upon returning from an unimpressive loan spell, Sterling finds himself out of the first-team picture, and he has fallen way down the pecking order at the club.
Chelsea set asking price for Sterling

According to a report from the Daily Mail, Chelsea are willing to accept a fee of around £20m for the 30-year-old, although the value of his remaining contract until 2027 is worth more than £30m.
Sterling reportedly prefers to stay in London and he has no shortage of suitors, with West Ham, Fulham, and Crystal Palace being his keen admirers.
Turkish club Besiktas have also asked for the particulars of Sterling’s position, but his situation is expected to be resolved closer to the window's end.
The report claims that Chelsea co-owner Behdad Eghbali was at Craven Cottage on Sunday, where he watched Fulham's 1-1 draw against Manchester United, sitting next to club owner Shahid Khan.
It has reached the 'endgame' stage for the former Manchester City winger, and while Chelsea ideally want to sell him permanently, another loan deal cannot be completely ruled out, given the salary involved.
Who else could leave Chelsea?

Carney Chukwuemeka is reportedly edgingcloser to joining Borussia Dortmund, but the futures of Nicolas Jackson and Christopher Nkunku are still hanging in the balance.
Bayern Munich have reportedly reached an agreement with Jackson, but they are only willing to sign him on loan. Likewise, the German club could miss out on Nkunku as well, with Chelsea keen to offload him permanently.
Ben Chilwell and Axel Disasi are also among the list of unwanted players at the club, and they are expected to be sold before the September 1 deadline.
