Seahawks Roster Tracker: Keep up on cuts down to 53 players

The Seattle Seahawks are in the process of trimming their roster down from 91 for the preseason to 53 players for the regular season ahead of Tuesday’s 1 p.m. NFL cutdown deadline.

If a player is cut with less than four accrued seasons of NFL service team, he must pass through the waiver wire in order to become an unrestricted free agent. Teams have until 9 a.m. Wednesday to make claims for those players. If a player is cut with at least four accrued seasons, he immediately becomes a free agents and can sign with a team at any time.

In addition to the 53-man roster, teams are also allowed to carry up to 16 players on their practice squad – or 17 players if one of those players is part of the NFL’s International Pathway Program.

Below is a list of Seahawks roster cuts that have been reported. We’ll continue to update this list up until the Seahawks announce their initial 53-man roster for the 2025 season on Tuesday.
