Nicolas Jackson's agent, Diomansy Kamara, has declared the Chelsea striker will leave Stamford Bridge "within 48 hours".
The 24-year-old forward, who has been linked with Newcastle United, told the Blues earlier this month that he wants to consider a departure this summer and with fewer than seven days left in the transfer window, a resolution seems imminent.
Chelsea are prepared to honour Jackson's request should the appropriate bid materialise, but would equally be content for the Senegalese forward to remain.
Speaking to Footmercato, Kamara, who acts for Jackson, delivered a decisive statement.
He said: "30 goals in two seasons, without a single penalty. Highs, lows... but a page is turning at the Blues. Always grateful for yesterday, but already looking toward tomorrow, with optimism.
"Germany, Italy, England: the options are numerous, the decision is imminent. Thank you for the support, we see your messages... Nicolas Jackson, transfer expected within 48 hours."

Bayern Munich have shown interest in Jackson and the player seems eager for a switch to the Allianz Arena, reports Football London.
Nevertheless, the German champions are understood to favour a loan arrangement whilst Chelsea are seeking a permanent departure for their No. 15.
Newcastle have also approached Jackson's representatives but their focus appears to be on Jorgen Strand Larsen at present.
The Magpies had a £50million bid turned down for the Wolverhampton Wanderers striker this week but the Daily Telegraph reports that Wolves could still be tempted to cash in on their prized asset if they receive an offer in excess of £75m for the 25-year-old.
Club insiders have made it clear that their move to sign Strand Larsen was to replace Callum Wilson, not for the Norway international to come in as response to Alexander Isak potentially being sold.
Aston Villa are also keen on the Senegal international Jackson but there is a sense that Unai Emery's team must offload players before making additions in this transfer window.
Last week, Enzo Maresca, the Chelsea head coach, was questioned about Jackson and Christopher Nkunku.
Both players are in similar situations at the club. Maresca explained why it might be best for both to leave this summer, stating: "We'll see if they are going to be here.
"[If] they are going to be with us, and in case they are not here, that means they found a solution. And at the end I think it is always better if they can find a solution because I think they are going to be more happy and the club the same."
