Many NBA stars are seemingly impossible to guard and slow down on the court, but some are tougher than others.
Jeff Teague recently talked about the hardest players in the game and highlighted both Kyrie Irving and Steph Curry.
But Teague said he’d rather guard Irving than Curry.
“They both tough covers, but I’d rather guard Kyrie… at least you know where Kyrie going to be — you look one way and Steph taking off the other,” Teague said, via Steph Curry Muse.

Teague may want Irving over Curry, but make no mistake: both are incredibly difficult to stop.
Both of them can shoot well from all over the court, and they have perhaps the best handles in the league.
When they get moving, no one can get in their way, and when they find their spots, their shots always seem to go in.
The league will be missing Irving in the upcoming season, because he is out with an injury and may sit out all of 2025-26.
Curry, on the other hand, will be attempting to push his team to the Finals again.
Retirement is drawing closer for Curry, which makes the upcoming season even more important for the Golden State Warriors.
Teague knows all too well just how challenging these players are.
They move well, shoot excellently, and have motors that don’t quit.
They also have two of the smartest and fastest minds in the league.
The NBA is always a better place when Irving and Curry are playing, and fans can’t wait until they are both on the court again.
