According to Mike Klis of 9News, the Denver Broncos have waived wide receiver A.T. Perry. The former 2023 sixth-round pick by the New Orleans Saints is an intriguing 6-5, 205 pound receiver who [started training camp on the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list](/2025/7/20/24471163/report-wr-a-t-perry-will-be-the-only-member-of-the-broncos-to-start-training-camp-on-the-pup).
As a rookie, Perry had 12 receptions for 246 yards for a solid 20.5 yards per reception. He also hauled in four touchdowns in just those 12 catches. Despite that promising rookie campaign, the Saints waived him the following season and he signed with the Broncos that same week. Sean Payton clearly has interest in the young receiver and as Mike Klis noted, he’ll apparently be a priority practice squad signing later this week.
