Miami Dolphins‘ star receiver Tyreek Hill‘s marriage was short lived, but he’s on the hook for millions in spousal support.
Hill’s divorce proceedings have turned into one of the NFL‘s most expensive and bitter breakups, after his estranged wife Keeta Vaccaro filed for divorce in April 2025, ending a 15-month marriage.
Hill and Vaccaro married in November 2024. One year later, they had a child. Vaccaro filed for divorce a day after police responded to a report of an “assault in progress” at the couple’s apartment. Police determined no crime had been committed.
Vaccaro alleges that Hill has “cut off” her access to the debit cards she customarily uses and wants them reinstated, according to court documents. Hill said he cut off the cards after Vaccaro used them to pay off student loans and transfer money to her mother.
Court Records Detail Payments Hill is Making to Vaccaro
Court documents show that Hill is required to pay Vaccaro between $20,000 and $50,000 each month, which Miami-Dade County Judge Spencer Multack characterized as “status quo” support.
Vaccaro was also granted exclusive use of their $5.5 million Miami waterfront condominium, with Hill remaining responsible for the mortgage, insurance, utilities, and internet.

Multack said these payments have nothing to do with the final settlement, which could be millions of dollars. The case has ballooned into exhaustive litigation, with more than 130 court filings on everything from property, cards and custody of their infant daughter.
Earlier this summer, Vaccaro received a $500,000 check, $100,000 for a new car, and $457,517 to cover her legal expenses. Vaccaro had requested to keep driving Hill’s $200,000 Bentley Bentayga, but Multack instead ordered Hill to give her $100,000 toward another car. Multack reduced Vaccaro’s attorney fees, finding her lawyers’ rates to be well above what was “reasonable.”
Hill must cover health insurance for Vaccaro and their child, along with condo costs. But he notched a minor victory when the judge denied her request to regain access to his bank accounts.
Hill and Vaccaro’s Infant Daughter Had Health Scare
All of the proceedings are happening as the duo’s eight-month daughter, Capri, had a health scare earlier this month and needed to be rushed to the emergency room.
In an Aug. 7 Instagram post, Vaccaro described a frightening night, sharing a photo of her daughter smiling from a hospital bed. She said Capri grew warm and unusually sleepy, and after calling the child’s pediatrician, they were rushed to the ER where a team was ready to help.
Tests—including blood work, viral panels, and cultures—confirmed Capri would be fine.
Tyreek Hill Finds Himself with Legal Issues Often
Legal troubles seem to follow Hill. Just two months after the couple’s November 2023 wedding, he filed for divorce from Vaccaro, but later blamed his attorneys for filing without his permission.
In college, he was kicked off the Oklahoma State’s team in 2014 after receiving probation for choking a pregnant ex-fiancé.
In 2019, while with the Kansas City Chiefs, Hill was accused of child abuse, but prosecutors cited insufficient evidence to bring charges.
Social media influencer Sophie Hall has also filed suit, claiming Hill broke her leg in a backyard scrimmage. He also continues to contend with several paternity cases.
