Some celebrities certainly do, which is why they’ve decided to join the Season 4 cast of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test, where they will compete against one another for the ultimate grand prize: bragging rights. Andrew East, age 33, and Shawn Johnson East, age 33
Andrew East is a former NFL star who is all set to compete on Season 4 of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test against his Olympic Gold Medal-winning wife, Shawn Johnson East. The couple currently has three kids and often gushes about each other on their respective social media. Will that love continue on the show? Only time will tell.
Eric Decker, age 38, and Jessie James Decker, age 37
Also joining the East family on Season 4 areformer NFL player Eric Decker and country singer Jessie James Decker. The pair have been married since 2013 and even posted a video alongside the Easts on Instagram, where they can be seen training.

Teresa Giudice, age 53, and Gia Giudice, age 24

Jussie Smollett, age 43
Jussie Smollett is an actor best known for Empire, but it’s his legal troubles that have made headlines over the years. Back in 2019, he claimed that he had been a victim of a racist and homophobic attack in Chicago, Illinois. It was then believed that Smollett staged the incident, which he denied, and following a 2021 trial, he was placed in prison for five days. Flash forward to 2024, when the Illinois Supreme Court overturned the conviction, and since then, Smollett has been working on getting back into acting, which could be why he signed up for Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.
Brittany Cartwright, age 36
Brittany Cartwright is a reality TV star who has appeared on Vanderpump Rules and its spinoff, The Valley. She was married to her co-star, Jax Taylor, and they share one child together, named Cruz, but have since divorced. This topic was heavily featured in Season 2 of The Valley and particularly triggering for Cartwright.
Nick Young, age 40
Nick Young—or “Swaggy P,” as he is so often called—is a former Denver Nugget, Los Angeles Laker and San Francisco Golden State Warrior, where he won an NBA championship. Following that, though, he left the basketball life behind, citing mental health as the reason. Young has two children and was in a very public relationship with singer Iggy Azalea in the early 2010s, but that ended after D’Angelo Russell recorded a video of Young saying that he cheated on her. He was then engaged to Keonna Green, but they have since ended things. He is now believed to be single.
Randall Cobb, age 34
Randall Cobb is yet another NFL star who’s joining the Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test Season 4 cast. He’s played for the Green Bay Packers, New York Jets and Dallas Cowboys and was even selected for the Pro Bowl back in 2014. He is married and has three kids.

Christie Pearce Rampone, age 50
Christie Pearce Rampone is a four-time Olympic medal-winning soccer player. Originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, she has one child and was married to Chris Rampone from 2001 to 2017.
Ravi V. Patel, age 46
Ravi V. Patel is a seasoned actor best known for things like Transformers (2007), Grandfathered (2015 to 2016), Wrecked (2016 to 2017), Wonder Woman 1984 (2020) and Animal Control (2023 to 2025). He has been married to his wife, Mahaley Patel, since 2015, and they have one child together.

Johnny Manziel, age 32
Johnny Manziel—a.k.a. “Johnny Football”—was a famous American football player best known for being the first college Freshman to win the Heisman Trophy, but it’s his actions off the field that made him a household name. Back in 2017, he was dropped from the Cleveland Browns after it was revealed he struggled with sobriety and even had some assault charges brought up against him. These charges have since been dropped and Manziel has been working on rebuilding his image.
Kody Brown, age 56
Kody Brown was a fan favorite on Sister Wives, thanks to his—you guessed it—four wives and multiple children. Since then, however, Brown has divorced all of them but Robyn Brown, with whom he has been together since 2014.
Eva Marcille, age 40
Eva Marcille is a Next Top Model winner, actress and Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member. She is originally from Los Angeles, California, and was married to Michael Sterling, but they split in 2023.
Mark Estes, age 24
Mark Estes is a TikToker best known for being part of the Montana Boyz, a group of influencers who create videos together showcasing their Western lifestyle. He also dated Kristin Cavallari back in 2024, despite the 13-year age difference between them, but they split later that same year.
Brianna LaPaglia, age 26
Brianna LaPaglia is a social media influencer and a member of Barstool’s content creation team.
