Which former Oregon players made cut for initial 53-man NFL rosters?

Former Oregon cornerback Nikko Reed made the initial 53-man roster with the Los Angeles Chargers, according to a league source.

The undrafted rookie, who was not invited to the NFL Scouting Combine, joined the rest of Oregon’s program-record 10 drafted players from this year in making the initial round of roster cuts on Tuesday. Reed was the only undrafted UO player from this year to make an initial 53-man roster.

Combined with seven players from the 2023 draft and four from 2022, there are now 22 former Ducks on active NFL rosters who played under Dan Lanning.

There were 20 players who finished their career at UO who were either released or waived on Tuesday, including 11 who were undrafted and waived.

Below are the breakdowns of former Oregon players on initial 53-man NFL rosters, those who were waived and released.
