Tom Heaton: “Really, really good lad, and straight away I’ve been impressed with him as a guy. Again, 22 years old, real, real good lad. That’s always the first thing you notice when you have them in the building before, and straight away I’ve been really impressed with him as a guy and how he’s gone about it. But yeah, real, real imposing presence, you know, six foot four, mobile, can score goals. So, yeah, I’d say probably an awful lot of excitement about what he can bring."
Diogo Dalot:“Very energetic. He has very good energy. He wants to learn a lot. He wants to help the team. You can feel that he has a lot of quality, of course, otherwise he wouldn’t be here, but at the same time, I can feel that he wants to start straight away, he wants to score goals, he wants to help the team. So, I like that energy on him, and hopefully he can help us a lot this season.”
Tyler Fredricson:“He looks good in the box, so yeah, he’s one to look out for. He’s got that presence about him: big lad. You can tell, I think he’s going to score some goals this season. He looks good in the box. I’ve seen a few things about what he can do, how high he can jump. But yeah, he looks a really good player.”
