Theres a claim in the Turkish media Besiktas’ are showing interest in Manchester City goalkeeper James Trafford.
The 22-year-old retuned to the Premier League side in the summer following his two-year spell at Burnley, but there is uncertainty over his place in the team after reports of interest in PSG’s Gianluigi Donnarumma.

The Black Eagles have been busy this summer with the Norwegian coach strengthening his midfield and attack, but now he wants to make the goalkeeper position one of his priorities.
It’s claimed contact has been made for the youngster and that his agent is said to have travelled to Istanbul to commence transfer talks with Besiktas president Serdal Adalı.
The Super Lig side are reportedly looking to loan Trafford, although there is no indication a purchase option is being negotiated.
Trafford has stated Manchester City’s first two league games this season, but came in for criticism for his involvement in Tottenham Hotspur’s second goal at the weekend. He’s contracted until June 2030.
